I just stumbled back to my old to-do list at 43things.com where I listed ages ago.
(hmm... can't remember when was it. 18 maybe? hehe...)
Gosh... time sure passes by fast... haha.
Anyway, here is the checklist:
1. read the Bible in a year - hehe...
2. Help others go to heaven - hehe...
3. Keep in Better Contact With the Friends I Have and Make New Friends - I guess I pretty suck at this (help!)
4. lose weight - I've lost about 10kg since the time I wrote this... haha
5. travel round the world/see the world - anybody wanna sponsor me? =D
6. Own a Laptop - sigh... just bought a laptop... FOR MY BROTHER (Darn!)
7. Improve my singing voice - have I improved? no idea really... haha
8. Learn to speak Cantonese and Manderin properly - i guess I've improved a little on my Manderin ;P
9. sleep earlier and get up earlier - haha... some habits just never go away, does it? =p
10. improve my guitar playing - haven't been playing the guitar for sometime now =(

Langkawi Trip: Day 2 (cont.)
2nd stop: Beach activities & games
We went back to our chalet for some rest after visiting our penguin friends in Underwater World. After we were all energized, we went for beach games and activities at Pantai Cenang which was just across the road from our chalet.

First, we played beach football; using slippers to form the goal post.
I was a really bad football player cos I never get the right way to kick a ball... hehe.

After football, we decided to hop on the Banana boat ride. It was really fun.
We fell into the water twice. I had a hard time climbing up the banana boat during the first fall.
I think I need to lose those pounds d... haha

We then played the monkey game in the water.
I think I might have drank a little bit of salt water during the game =p

Spent our day on the beach till sunset. It was a beautiful sight.
It was an enjoyable evening.
At night, the guys played Twister.
It has spinner that would point to a combination of (left foot, right foot, left hand or right hand) with a color (red, green, yellow or blue).
Players have to move the matching hand or foot to the dot of the correct color.
I took some pictures of them in funny positions... it was hilarious.

Day 3 coming up.

Langkawi Trip: Day 1 & 2
Went to Langkawi last month from 11-14 July'08 with my collegues.
There's altogether 11 of us; me, Agnes, CK, Seng Chee, Yee Lin, Yung Yung, Michael (YY's bf), Tan (our tai lou), Uwan (housefly), Heng (so-called Torres), & Fion (Langkawi people).
Half of us went over to Langkawi on Friday to join the beach run on Saturday morning.
The other half of us(me included) went to spend a night in Agnes' place @ Alor Setar before going over to Langkawi on Saturday morning's ferry.
It was about 1.5 hours drive to Alor Setar from Penang.
Went for dinner at a Thai restaurant (which I can't recall its' name) somewhere at Alor Setar.
They have the most delicious Coconut Jelly that I've ever tasted!
The taste is sooooo heavenly.... I wish I could have a second helping but I was too full d.
Must ask Agnes to bring us there for dinner again... hehe.
Maybe we can export over to Penang and sell ;) (haha.... nice idea leh =D)

The next morning, we took ferry over to Langkawi from Kuala Kedah jetty.
It was quite a smooth ride I would say.
We rented a van to travel about in Langkawi... the van is able to accomodate 12 people.
CK was the 1st person to test-drive the van.
Luckily nothing happen... cos he's only able to make the van reach 80km/h max! HAHA ^^

Due to early arrival, we went to town to survey on chocolate & liquor prices.
Here I would like to show off my liquor picture collection ^^(muahahaha...)
Absolut Vodka, Martell Cordon Blue, Hennesey, Chivas Regal.... ^^
We went over to Pantai Cenang to fetch the other 5 who participated in the Beach Run.
Our tai lou's feet was all sore from the Beach Run. (tak boleh jalan properly d)
After that, we went to Malibest Resort where we'll be staying there for the next 3 days.

The biggest stingray I've every seen...
I saw a really huge stingray... was amazed by the size of it. I think it is at least 1.5m long.
Now I know what killed the Crocodile Hunter.
Beautiful sea creatures... beautiful sight!

I saw Lovelace in the flesh... hahaha.
Went to the North Pole

There was also a short 3D movie showing during our visit there.
It was my 1st time watching movie in 3D... cool. Evertyhing has its' 1st time. =p

Blog Vacation
Have not been bloggin' nor visited my blog for almost a month now.
My blog looks super outdated.
Anyways, went to Chef & Brew @ Crystal Point today for PK birthday lunch.
Had set lunch - Fish & Chips set.
The portion is really huge... I think 1 plate is enough to feed 2 person.
It comes with mushroom soup, ice-cream (i love it) and drink (coffee/ tea).
The price comes up to about RM18.60 per set (service charge included).
Have been having bad sore throat and occasion runny-nose for 1 whole week now.
It started after I ate a slice of Swiss Thin chocolate I bought from Langkawi trip.
My nose was bleeding just now... a bad sign of extreme heatiness.
Got to go pay Doc a visit tomorrow.

Hancock + Made of Honor
It's been quite awhile since I last updated my blog.
Feels like there's so many things that I've left out.
Now I'm gonna have to fly back to the first weekend on July '08.. haha.
My dear was up in Penang the previous weekend.
We manage to watch 2 movies that weekend.
Hancock @ Sunway Carnival and Made of Honor @ Gurney Plaza.
Tickets for Hancock was cheaper than Made of Honor.
Just because it was at different location.
Can't believe I had to pay more for an older movie compare to the new one.
So ridiculous.
My small talk on both movies:
Hancock

- Cool movie starring Will Smith & Charlize Theron
- This superhero is very human. I like that =D
- Great power comes great responsibility (... quote from Spiderman? =p)
- Reminds me of other "superhero" movies... how come the citizens do not complain about the mess the "superheroes" made? (except for "The Incredibles"... the one that I know of)
- Not everybody is so fortunate to be together with the ones they love... even if they were meant for each other. In the end, you still need to face reality. (let me reflect on this...)
- Love can make you strong and weak at the same time. (not only happens to Hancock..)
Made of Honor
- Starring Patrick Dempsey (I love his eyes) & Michelle Monaghan (she's gorgeous)
- Reminds me of "My Best Friend's Wedding"... just it was the other way around.
- Sometimes you do not realize you're in love with the person until you realize you were about to lose him/her.
- Romantic comedy's are fun

Wanted (2008)
Great Jolie movie I would say... cannot imagine having bullet-bending talent on me.. haha.
Reminds me of playing tennis when they bend the bullet.. so cool.

Went to Ice Ice Baby @AutoCity, Juru with Sze Ni and Lee May on last Wednesday night after accomplishing my mission of watching "Wanted". We had a nice long chat until ppl wan tutup kedai only cabut. Girls, we have to do this more often... haha.

The fooood we ordered.....
Fried Cheese Chicken : can taste that it's definately "fried" bcos it's crispy
Fried Tofu : I prefered this dish compared to the others
BBQ Pizza : You know, nothing beats the pizza from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut still the best =p
Cheese Brocolli : Menu picture look like big portion but the real thing is actually not that convincing. Do not quite fancy the way-too-cheesy taste of it.
Desserts... yummm..... love the Mixed Fruit Snowy Mountain :9
However I don't fancy Mango... everybody, plz take note... hahaha (perasan-ness)
